As genuine ambassadors and champions of the importance and continuation of learning and developing both in and outside of the workplace, Pitman Training is extremely happy to be supporting ‘Learning at Work Week’, through a number of in-centre initiatives of which include course demos and testing typing speeds against business efficiency. The National awareness campaign, is taking place this week (19th May – 25th May), and this year’s theme is all about creating ‘Learning Connections’. The aim is to help change attitudes towards learning at work and increasing awareness of the opportunities for learning and development in the workplace.
Whether you’re a company or business looking to develop the efficiency and potential of your employees, or an individual who would like to look in to how you can develop and progress yourself in the workplace, your local centre would like to invite you to get in touch to discuss how we can help.
Stuck for inspiration on how you can progress? Why not take our Career MOT in the meantime, or ask your employees to, and see where personal skills and attributes map to career wise, and the areas which could be addressed for efficiency, professional growth or development.
Were the results what you thought they would be?
